A large Swiss bank replaced its Java/Swing interface with an HTML5/CSS3 application, migrated the data model and implemented the CRM processes.

The existing CRM at a large Swiss bank used a Java/Swing desktop interface and an established data model. The interface was redeveloped as an HTML5/CSS3 application, and the data model was migrated for the new application.

The business requirements for the CRM processes were implemented, tested and documented. The new interface and CRM functionality went into operation with the migrated data model.
